At Life Without Barriers we deliver services to assist the people we urge have their most basic needs addressed, including those of health and housing. Case Management services labor across social, physical and emotional life domains to promote clients in building their capacity to access services and community supports. Ensure the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff, carers and people we support, inform our work. At Life Without Barriers we help families to bear sound and supportive homes for their children and young people. Where a child or young person cannot live at home, we deliver outofhome options such as encourage or residential protection to encourage sure outcomes for children, young people and their families, with an emphasis on building safe, settled and nurturing relationships. The service provides young people between the ages of 15 and 21 who have been in encourage care or other out of home care arrangements, with support to build self-reliant lives.
